DIGITAL (YOU PRINT) ORDERS: Please note that Bump&Blush! is ONLY responsible for proper preparation and sizing of your printable files. I cannot do that if you don’t know how you plan on printing. YOU are responsible for deciding how/where you plan on printing and ensuring that you have proper files for your selected print option. Bump&Blush is NOT responsible for any costs associated with poor print quality due to your third party printing choice.
PRINT ORDERS: Please note that once your proof files have been approved and sent to print (for printed orders), I cannot make changes except at your cost. It is your responsibility to ensure you’ve checked over and approved all details of your digital proofs during the proofing process.

PRINT SHOP/OFFICE COPY CENTERS: In our experience, on the few rare occasions that we’ve had customers have poor print quality results at these types of locations, it has almost ALWAYS been as a result of a) an error or problem with the printer chosen OR b) how the customer has chosen to download, save and/or send their file OR c) the customer is trying to use a file that is not sized properly for a change in printing venue (i.e.: trying to use a regular file for printing via Vistaprint’s weirdly sized templates because they changed their mind on printing post finalizing the file).
THINGS YOU CAN DO TO ENSURE GREAT PRINT RESULTS:
– DON’T USE MOBILE DEVICES TO SAVE AND/OR SEND FILES TO PRINT – I do not recommend uploading to a print shop, any printable image saved from your phone or tablet. I do recommend using ONLY a computer to ensure your best print quality.
If you’ve had a poor print experience, please check with your printer FIRST. I’m happy to verify if you need that the file has been prepared correctly and that your print results are not typical. Please note that often office copy centres will employ staff that do not always have the most printing knowledge and/or experience. They may not know when their printer requires cleaning/recalibration or an ink cartridge rebalance/refill/change. It is never a bad idea to request a manager’s opinion on your prints if you are unhappy with them.
Computer monitors are all calibrated differently – colors may appear differently on one screen to another. Color variation between printing at a photo lab vs. professional printer may also occur. It is suggested that you print a test copy of your finalized design at the photo lab or print shop that you intend to order from to check that the colors appear as you desire. Bump&Blush is not responsible for typos or undesired colors once the FINAL proof has been approved.
